I have gained work experience in the Netherlands, Turkey, and Greece, where I studied Culinary Arts. I have a passion for Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Greek and Italian. Additionally, I have mastered Chinese-Indonesian cuisine as we know it in the Netherlands.
Our fixed menus therefore consist of a full Chinese rijsttafel, a multi-course Italian or Greek menu, or you can have a custom menu created for specific dietary requirements or allergies.
